GetJack’d is an incredibly complete and easy to use fitness app, designed specially for athletes.

The GetJack’d app tackles all the three major aspect of fitness: nutrition, training and recovery. Leaving any of these out of the question in any fitness app would lead to faulty design by default, as each one of these three aspects is highly integrated with the others.


NUTRITION

We took calorie counting to a whole new level.

Our algorithm adjusts itself for each athlete, taking into account your activity level, food intake, weight goal and weekly weight changes.

It’s not about fit recipes or trendy diets. It’s pure biology and thermodynamics.


TRAINING

Figuring out how much you should train is always a tough quest.

Train too little and you barely make any progress. Training too hard leaves you exhausted and may also blunt your gains.

That’s why we made it one of our goals to help you train just enough to maximize your gains at all stages of your training journey.

We use quantitative and qualitative data to access how fatiged you get from your training, allowing our app to automatically set progressive weekly goals for the training volume of each muscle group.

And that’s not all.

We also use this traning volume to set up your nutrition goals.

As your training increases in difficulty, your body requires more energy to properly recover and adapt from it.


RECOVERY

An often overlooked aspect of fitness, the recovery is extremely important as it’s the time when you actually make progress.

Our app has planned deloads periods to allow your body to recover and adapt to the hard training you’ve doing. It also can sense if you’re pushing your training too far, suggesting a little break if it happens.

The nutrition is also optimised for a better recovery, prescribing the right amount of calories and carbs your body requires depending on how hard you’re training each day.


BUSINESS MODEL

While not as exciting as the features, we believe it’s important to be transparent with what we’re both getting out of this deal.

All the basic functionalities are FREE.

That includes all the nutrition, workouts and recovery tracking. There aren’t any adds either.

The workout plans however, are sold as in-app purchases. It’s a one time only charge and the program is yours forever and you can rerun it as many times as you’d like.
Possible prices for workout plans: $4.99, $7.99, $11.99, $15.99, $17.99, $19.99, $23.99, $29.99, $39.99.

* Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at leat 24 hours before the end of the current period

* Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase

* Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
